HOW IT WORKS

Once you have placed your order we will send you a digital proof scaled to your wall dimensions. Please take note that our minimum order is 3 square metres, as we hold no stock and every wallpaper is custom made to order.

We like to give all of our customers the option to annul or modify the order within 24hrs after order confirmation. Please take note that if we do not hear from you within 24hrs after receiving your digital proof we assume that you are happy with your design and will proceed with your order.

Panel Sizes

After deciding on your favourite design the next decision is choosing panel sizes. Panel sizing by default is 1000mm (100cm) wide but can be changed to 600mm (60cm) widths at no extra cost.

Smaller panels mean easier handling for installation but it also means you have more joins to line up as well. In our installation video under the "how it works" tab the panels we use are 1300mm (130cm) wide this may help you with this decision.

Shipping

We work with the carriers DHL, TNT, UPS, TOLL and Startrack which provide us a quick method of 3 to 7 working days to deliver the mural to your door. We work with a flat rate of $35 AUD per order. We offer free shipping for orders over $250 in Australia. All orders made after 3pm AEST will be processed the following day.

International shipping will be a flat rate of $150 AUD per order.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, please expect a delay in order delivery.

How To Measure

Use a measuring tape to measure the width and height of your wall. Do not include the ceiling cornice or the floor skirting board in your measurement. To help with installation we will automatically add on an extra 20mm to the right side panel and 30mm to the length of each panel to compensate for walls not being perfectly square. Walls come in a variety of different shapes and sizes below is a guide on how to measure some of these.

Normal Shaped Wall

Use a tape measure and write down the full width and height of the wall. Please pay attention to not include the ceiling cornice (pink area in the example) or the floor skirting board (dark brown area in the example) during measurement. Make sure you double check the measurements as we need the exact dimensions to print out your wallpaper.

Wall With Obstacles

If your wall has an obstacle like a door, power point or a window please still measure the full width and height of your wall. During installation you will cut around the obstacle and trim the excess paper. If you are unsure how to measure your wall you can send us a picture of the wall and we’ll help you out!

Sloped Shaped Wall

If your wall has an angle in it, write down the full width and height of the wall. We only print out wallpapers in square or rectangle shapes. This means you can cut the excess fabric during installation. Please do not include the ceiling cornice or floor skirting board in your measurements.
